Return Policy

We have a 15-days return policy,
which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Which includes Refunds, Article Exchange & Size Change.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Size Change & Exchanges

The accurate way to ensure you get what you want is to go through our size guides. If you incur any size issue or want to replace the product, simply send us back the package. Once the return is accepted the desired replacement will be done. 

Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can either exchange the product or you are entitled to a full product price refund in this case. Which can take up to 7 working days to be refunded back in your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery Policies

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the product in inventory, your destination, peak sale times and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. Delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days.

What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us. If you weren’t available when the courier partner knocked at your door, two additional delivery attempts will follow on successive days.

How will I be notified about my order?

If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An e-mail or SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon we ship the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the “Track Order” link on courier website via the tracking number sent to you in the SMS. We’ll send another communication when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.

How much does delivery cost?

Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs 3000. We chargre Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.3000
Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.

When will the deliveries take place?

Our courier partner will try to deliver between 9:00 and 18:00. If you cannot be there at a certain hour, try to see if someone else can be at the delivery address to accept the parcel on your behalf.

What is the Payment Method?

We ship nationwide using Cash on Delivery services.

On orders above the value of Rs.35,000 we will need 50% advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be sent.
The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.
